Referral or recruiter number (optional) If a student recruiter or a friend referred you, type their number here.

Proof of Funding (optional)

Upload a bursary, NSFAS, sponsor or other funding confirmation here if you have one. This upload is not used for a payer’s declaration.

I need a digital Payer’s Declaration. This does not stop my application. The office will create a secure signing link for the payer’s email; the signed PDF is created and saved to my student file only after their acknowledgement and signature.

I confirm the information above is correct, and I consent to StayHope processing it to assess my application.

Fields marked * are required. Submitting an application does not guarantee accommodation. Reservation payment must be verified and a room must be separately allocated.
