Applications for 2027

Booking a room takes four steps

  1. Choose your accommodation preferences

    Tell us your institution, funding type and accommodation preferences so the team can assess availability.

  2. Complete the application

    Fill in the online form with your student number, institution, level of study and funder. Our assistant can take you through it as a chat instead.

  3. Provide supporting documents

    Attach your proof of funding and any requested documents so the team can process your application without delay.

  4. Sign your lease and move in

    We confirm your room, send your lease agreement and arrange your move-in date and keys.

You will need your ID number, student number, institution and funding information. It takes about two minutes.

Submitting an application does not by itself guarantee accommodation. The team confirms availability and next steps after review.
