If you do not move in for the next academic period, storage is R1,000 per commenced month. Residents who have already submitted a returning retention form are handled separately and may request a waiver, subject to management confirmation.

We do not accept anonymous storage requests. This protects your belongings and prevents another person from submitting a request in your name.
